Three 6-round Swiss tournaments, FIDE & NZCF Rapid rated where possible.
Non-NZ players must have a FIDE ID issued by their chess federation.
25 minutes each player plus 5 seconds increment per move from move one.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided at no charge throughout the tournament

No player may claim more than one prize.
The organisers reserve the right to shift a player to a different tournament category.
Venue must be cleared and vacated by 6pm
over $1500
($1320 cash and award-winning Hawke’s Bay wine)
$10 Late Fee if payment not received by Monday, 7th February 2022.
Entries without payment are treated as late and can be paid in cash up to 9am 12th February 2022.
New Entries will be accepted on the day of play only at the discretion of the organiser.

Covid Precautions:
Players and spectators aged 12 and over are required to show a vaccination pass and sign in with QR scanning/contact recording.
Masks are recommended but not required.
